What does care for creation have to do with Christian Faith? Is it a gospel issue or a distraction from the primary mission of the Church? Come and hear Chris Wright discuss this important issue for the Church in the 21st Century.
Chris Wright is International Missions Director of the Langham Partnership, former Chair of the Lausanne Theology Working Group and author of numerous books on Christian ethics and the theology of mission. There will also be contributions from Las Newman (Lausanne International Director-Designate) from Jamaica and Ed Brown (Executve Director, Care of Creation) from the USA.
The event also includes UK launch of the new book Creation Care and the Gospel: Reconsidering the Mission of the Church, edited by Colin Bell and Robert S White. Copies will be on sale for £12 (normal sale price £20).
